Neighbourhoods NW and North of England Excellence have teamed up to deliver the North West Neighbourhood Management Excellence Award Scheme. Launched in 2008, the scheme is a two stepped approach to achieving the nationally recognised Investors in Excellence Standard. The scheme has been designed as a tool to inspire and encourage excellence in Neighbourhood Management.
