Working in neighbourhoods is often complex and challenging especially in a world that is constantly changing. The launch of this new Community of Interest aims to bring together a variety of organisations, communities and practitioners to explore the key challenges facing neighbourhoods.
Our work in this area will allow participants to begin to identify their key challenges as well as those of fellow practitioners, sharing experiences along the way. Through facilitated activity, participants will be encouraged to explore key challenges in more detail and identify practical approaches to enhance future learning such as opportunities to meet sector experts, good practice study visits and joint problem solving.
A desired outcome from the Community of Interest will be good practice approaches for neighbourhood working and practical ways for meeting challenges identified by participants.
