Assume The Position
This event ran on 23 February at Trafford Hall. The day was highly enjoyable, valuable and was exceedingly well attended, with everyone totally involved in all the activities and sessions. The recurring theme throughout the day as unlocking the various possibilities of daring to try new techniques to resolve conflict, including story telling, focusing on intourests not positions, identifying fears and hopes and the need to separate the person from the problem. The day's many activities showed us all how to avoid assuming the position of confrontation and making the most of that teachable moment. The event received 100% satisfaction and in particular, Facilitator Brendon Harvey received excellent feedback for his delivery. Participants fedback that Brendon was a "a very well informed, enigmatic facilitator."
