Working in Neighbourhoods: Certificate Presentations
As part of the regional delivery of our Working in Neighbourhoods programme, Neighbourhoods NW has been cordially invited to attend several of the official certificate presentations recently, including St. Helens and Rochdale. There have also been presentation ceremonies in Burnley and Salford which have provided an excellent opportunity for successful participants from the programmes to celebrate their achievements in style.
The Working in Neighbourhoods programme is designed to give frontline workers and active residents a foundation of essential knowledge and skills to enhance the delivery of any community role, as well as formally recognising the achievements of the participants through a national qualification.
In St Helens the certificates were presented by the Mayor, with colleagues on hand to celebrate the achievements of the learners, including our very own Liz Boylan, Training & Development Officer, who had been involved in the delivery.
